1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

2 Eligibility

Access to the 89zk platform and all of its Services is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 89zk enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and markets. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under local law as it applies to individual users. Players in Indonesia acknowledge that they access the platform at their own legal discretion.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 89zk or any recognised responsible gaming authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of 89zk or any affiliated company.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the Services, you must register a single account on the 89zk platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred bank account or e-wallet details for transaction purposes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the 89zk platform. The operation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any accumulated balances or bonuses will be forfeited without notice.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal can be processed, Players are required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document. Acceptable documents include a current Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or a valid passport. 89zk reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of payment method ownership and proof of residential address.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 89zk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security practices. You must notify 89zk immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].

3.5 Account Accuracy

You are obligated to keep all account information accurate and up to date. Any change in name, bank account, or contact information must be reported to 89zk's support team promptly. 89zk reserves the right to suspend accounts where provided information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or inconsistent with KYC documentation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

89zk accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are credited to a Player's account balance in real time, subject to successful confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the Player's registered bank account or e-wallet. Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. 89zk targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for standard withdrawal requests during WIB banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours may be processed the following business day.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 89zk account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 89zk does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 89zk bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period where the account has outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds. In such cases, only real-money (non-bonus) funds may be withdrawn freely.
• 89zk reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above Rp 50.000.000.

4.4 Funds Held in Trust

Player funds deposited into 89zk accounts are held separately from the Company's operational funds. In the event of Company insolvency, Player account balances will be treated as a priority creditor claim.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

89zk offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and seasonal offers tied to Indonesian holidays (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on each promotional page at the time of offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page prior to opt-in. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity window.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once, unless the promotion expressly states it is a recurring or unlimited offer.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• 89zk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account, 89zk will honour the original terms at the time of grant.
• Bonuses granted in error due to a technical malfunction may be reversed without prior notice.
• Exploitation of bonus terms through arbitrage betting, low-risk staking patterns, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

5.4 Welcome Bonus

New Players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus of up to Rp 20.000.000. The welcome bonus carries a standard wagering requirement as stated on the Promotions page. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 89zk are subject to the specific rules governing each market type. Sports betting rules, including settlement procedures for postponed, abandoned, or voided events, are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the applicable rules before placing any bet.

6.2 Sportsbook

89zk's sportsbook covers a comprehensive range of domestic and international markets, including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, Piala AFF, Thomas Cup badminton, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and E-sports markets (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Bandar bola (traditional Indonesian football bookmaking) markets and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are available subject to the minimum and maximum stake limits displayed at the time of bet placement.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games streamed on 89zk are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules governing each live table game are the responsibility of the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface. 89zk acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for provider-side technical interruptions during live sessions. In the event of a verified provider-side disconnection mid-hand, the applicable provider's void-hand policy will govern outcome settlement.

6.4 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published reference results. In the event of a discrepancy between a Player's expected result and the settled result, the officially published source result takes precedence. Togel bets that remain unmatched at draw time will be voided and the stake returned.

6.5 Slot Games

All slot games on 89zk are operated by certified providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage is independently certified and available within the game information panel. Maximum win caps and game-specific rules are governed by the individual game provider's certified paytable.

6.6 Bet Cancellation

Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where 89zk expressly offers a cash-out feature for a specific market. 89zk reserves the right to void bets that were placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a palpable error ("palpable error policy"), or as a result of a technical malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.

7 Responsible Gaming

89zk is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We provide all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Players may activate periodic on-screen notifications displaying elapsed session time and net wagering position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the 89zk platform by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89zk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially for the purpose of circumventing account limits or bonus restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other Players or third parties in connection with any betting market offered on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities. 89zk cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units where suspicious activity is identified.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds in a systematic manner ("advantage play" beyond normal skilled gameplay).
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 89zk staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Circumventing geographic access restrictions using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to access restricted markets.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 89zk platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 89zk or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in 89zk's intellectual property beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 89zk platform without the prior written consent of 89zk. Unauthorised use of 89zk's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.

10 Privacy & Data

89zk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account on the 89zk platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

89zk implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, and role-based access control on internal systems.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89zk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputational damage.
• Business interruption or inability to access the platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on the platform.

In no event shall 89zk's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 89zk account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

89zk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 89zk makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the platform for any particular purpose.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by 89zk

89zk reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, are engaged in fraudulent activity, or if the suspension is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. During a suspension period, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted pending the outcome of an investigation.

12.2 Termination by 89zk

89zk may terminate your account and these Terms immediately and without liability to you if: (a) you have materially breached these Terms; (b) you have provided fraudulent or materially inaccurate information; (c) you are found to have engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8; or (d) continued operation of your account creates unacceptable legal, financial, or reputational risk for 89zk. Upon termination for cause, 89zk reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding investigations.

12.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 89zk account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is confirmed, any open bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction in which 89zk holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits 89zk's right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in any applicable territory to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

14 Amendments

89zk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, 89zk will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via a notice displayed on the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform after the stated effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not substantively alter your rights, or updates required by law — may take effect immediately without advance notice.
